Beverly Hills, Canada, the Middle East and the Far East.

-- Minimum order must be at least 2 styles/color with 3 garments per style/color,.
-- Reorders also must be at least 3 per style/color.
-- Orders can be placed by telephone, email or fax.
-- We accept payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover) or
PayPal only, no exceptions. These are custom made when ordered and payment must be made at time of order.
-- Shipping is standard UPS Ground. If you require special shipping arrangements please
let us know. Extra shipping charges may apply.
-- We strive to ship most orders within 4 weeks.
-- a 10% surcharge will be applied to all rush orders.

-- Our custom designs are cut specifically for your order and cannot be cancelled after 5
days from receipt of your order. Rush orders cannot be cancelled.
-- Minor variations between production runs are normal and serve to enhance the
uniqueness of our designs.
-- Your order is carefully inspected before it ships. Should any item arrive damaged
it may be returned for a replacement or a credit toward a future order.
To return, notify us within 5 days from receipt of shipment.
-- All materials used in our garments are selected for the highest standards of quality and
performance. Some styles are not intended for rough play, hard pulling or stretching.
Any item that appears damaged from such use will not be replaced or credited.
-- The Kitty Girls name, logo, designs and images are the copyrighted property of the
Kitty Girls Tulle & Dye Co.
-- If you are a brick & mortar store with a website, or a webstore, we will be happy to -- provide you with images to use on such sites. The Kitty Girls brand name must be
included in your description.
-- Listing our products on auction sites such as ebay and other similar auction sites is
strictly prohibited.
-- We reserve the right to change prices and/or discontinue styles, colors, sizes
or designs at any time.
International Orders
We welcome inquiries for international orders. Orders are subject to the same terms and conditions described above with the exception of payment which must be made via bank wire transfer or in certain instances with credit card provided the cardholder billing address matches the shipping address and a Kitty Girls credit card authorization form has been completed and submitted to our credit card department.
Placing an order means that you have read and agreed to these terms.
