(First time users: please email or call us us with your store information and tax ID to receive a password to access the ordering section)
- First time order minimum is $500. Orders must be at least three across of a style
(example: 2T, 3T, 4T). There is no limit to the number of styles you may order so long as you order at least three across in each style you select (you can add more sizes to the run).
- Reorder minimum is $100, again an order must be at least three across of a style.
- Orders of $10,000 or more will receive a 5% discount.
- You can place your order online, by phone, fax, or email. Most orders ship within 4 weeks.
- Orders are payable by credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express). If you prefer COD shipping we accept cashier's checks or money orders only. No Exceptions. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks.
- Refused shipments are subject to a 20% fee in addition to the total of the refused shipment and all shipping charges. All subsequent orders must be prepaid.
- WEB STORES PLEASE NOTE: We do not drop ship to your customer.
- Kitty Girls Tulle & Dye Company (a.k.a. Kitty Girls Design) hereafter referred to as Kitty Girls, reserves the right to change price and discontinue styles, colors, sizes or designs at any time.
- Kitty Girls produces custom designs which are cut specifically for your order, therefore orders may not be cancelled after 5 days (rush orders may not be cancelled). Also, while we appreciate that many of you may have some design experience, we will not accept change requests. Again, these are custom made garments and there may be minor variations between production runs. Quality and style will not be affected. Most orders ship within 4 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
- We personally select all materials used in the manufacture of our garments to insure they meet the highest standards for quality and performance. However, some styles are not meant for rough play, hard pulling or stretching. If any returned item appears to be damaged as the result of such use no credit or replacement will be given. We carefully inspect each item before leaving the factory. Should any item arrive damaged, you may return it for a replacement or a credit toward future orders. To return you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
- The Kitty Girls brand name, designs and images are the copyrighted property of Kitty Girls Tulle & Dye Company and Kitty Girls Design.
If you are a brick & mortar store and have a website, or are a webstore, we will be happy to (upon request) provide images of the styles you have purchased for use on such sites. The Kitty Girls brand name must be included in the description. Listing our products on auction sites such as ebay and other similar auction sites is strictly prohibited.
- Kitty Girls does not provide exclusivity unless you order $10,000+ per year. Exclusivity will be for a 30 mile radius from your store.
- Placing an order means that you have read and agreed to these terms.
